Über mich und meine Arbeitsweise
Als Foodfotografin und Stylistin mache ich die Assoziationen und Erinnerungen, die mit einem Gericht verbunden sind, erlebbar und lasse die Leidenschaft, die Tradition und das handwerkliche Wissen und Können, die in ein Produkt einfließen, sichtbar werden.
Ausdruckstarke, kontrastreich Bilder lassen ein Gericht in kräftigen Farben strahlen. Natürliches Foodstyling betont frische und unverfälschten Geschmack, Requisiten, die mit Formen, Texturen, neue und altem Design spielen, laden dazu ein, Platz zu nehmen und Teil der Szene zu werden.
Aus meinem eigentlichen Berufsfeld, Architektur, bringe ich die Sensibilität im Umgang mit Komposition, Formen, Farben, Materialien und Texturen und den Hang zur Detailverliebtheit mit.
Ich arbeite bevorzugt mit Tageslicht, um die jeweilige Stimmung zu einer bestimmten Tageszeit einfangen zu können.
Von der Konzeptentwicklung über Foodstyling, Requisitenwahl und fotografischer Umsetzung übernehme ich den ganzen Prozess und stelle sicher, dass am Ende Fotos stehen, die die Geschichte Ihres Gerichts oder Produktes in einem Bild verdichten.
About me and my approach to food photography
As a food photographer and stylist I bring the mood and the memories that are associated with a certain food or product to life and let the passion, tradition, skills and craft that are put into a product become visible.
Expressive images with strong contrasts let the food shine in vivid colors. Natural food styling emphasizes the freshness and authentic taste, props that play with shapes, textures, old and new design styles invite to take a seat and become part of the scene.
My professional background- architecture- contributes to my sensitivity for composition, shapes, colors, textures and materials and my attention to detail.
I prefer to work with daylight to be able to capture the particular mood of a specific time of the day.
I take care of the whole process from creative concept, food and prop styling, shooting to post production of the images to make sure that the photos tell the story of your recipe or product.
